It's a Small World - The Photon Magazine Issue 5 January 2022

Welcome to Issue 5 of The Photon Magazine! For this issue, we wanted to take this idea of a “small world” literally, examining the very foundations and building blocks of our universe. By diving into this issue, you’ll be diving into the world of atoms, subatomic particles, and “quantum” everything. Some of our concepts can get a little confusing, but don’t worry about it. To quote Richard Feynman, “If you think you understand quantum mechanics, you don't understand quantum mechanics”. But you can always try. It’s a small world after all.
