We are starting the year with a colorful vision of courage and creativity. With careful steps, we trod on our journey to the unpredictable. So we carefully look back and see what we have accomplished in 2021 and what we have not. Hopefully, as we focus on the details, we can avoid the mishaps of the past and be wiser as we delve into the details and numbers that tell us what wiser steps to take. There is no telling what the future will bring but the actions we will make depend on our ability to adapt to the changes around us. Every day is always a chance to choose and decide but the consequences of the choices we make leave us to draw upon our quiet strength that is the heart of fortitude.
