The newest edition of the UW ADRC's Dimensions Magazine explores the Memory Hub: A Place for Dementia-Friendly Community, Collaboration, and Impact! This nationally unique community center for people with memory loss and their families is now open for weekly tours leading up to the Grand Opening on March 23. This issue also highlights new findings from ADRC research studies. Our fall communications intern, Emi Takayama brings you an article about what microglia -the immune cells of the brain - can tell us about personal Alzheimer's genetic risk.
